This little sweetheart, Sha'any is a very special little girl who was gifted and re-adopted Jada by Rescuer Anntoinette in Texas. As you can see, Sha'nay and Jada are already very close and have a long friendship ahead of them!

Pee Wee and Bella are SO happy together!  She gives him cotton candy, takes him to movies and brings him on adventures!  Pee Wee's hugs have gotten even bigger, too...because EVERYTHING is bigger in Texas!

Anntoinette & Greta and Layla

Layla, Greta, and Pee Wee are BEST friends!  Anntoinette treats them to movies, shipping trips and more!  They are SO happy now and SO loved, and if you ask Greta, she'll tell you she has the perfect life now.  Layla LOVES when Anntoinette reads to her!

Kenzie & Sarah in California!

When I heard that Kenzie was coming to live with my boyfriend (Kevin) and I (Sarah), I was excited. When she arrived she was wrapped cozily in her blanket, as I unwrapped her, she was all smiles. Kenzie has a very spunky spirit and I recognized it immediately due to all of my previous work with kids. Kenzie and I spent the day of her arrival talking all about her favorite things, and I talked about mine. We both shared hugs, smiles, and laughter. We are the perfect match. We both have brown hair though she has the gorgeous blue eyes (I have brown eyes). We love crafting and I’ve been showing her how to latch hook. We spend our days together coloring, playing games online and off, eating candy, reading stories, drawing, and enjoy each others company. We got her out of diapers and into big girl underpants and she’s been happy ever since. Since her arrival, Kenzie has been a breath of fresh air and a ray of sunshine in our apartment. The joy that she brings into our home is a joy that you couldn’t purchase with money. Knowing that she was previously abandoned makes Kenzie all the more special to us I never wanted children of my own after years of working with them, having Kenzie is truly the next best thing! I love playing with her and teaching her new things. Because I am disabled, I don’t get out of the house a lot, and everyday with Kenzie brings a new adventure, new fun, and new found joy. I love her to death and can’t imagine how I survived so long without her!

Abigail & Bailey in Canada!

Bailey and Abigail have been loving their time in B.C. Canada with Kaiti and Andy!  They get fun snacks, hang out in the sun and even spend some time playing "Rock Band!"

Teagan & Tori - Perfect Match!

Tori Smith-suru in Courtenay, B.C. (Vancouver Island) wrote The Rescuer's with a great update on how Teagan is doing!

Krystal & Liesl

Krystal updated The Rescuer's with how Liesl has been doing!

Liesl is a bubbly, happy and outgoing Kid. Her favorite color is blue because it reminds her of the ocean.  She loves cookies (especially Oreos) and hates broccoli.  YUCK!  Liesl sleeps 14 hours a day now and enjoys watching her favorite shows when she is awake:  Blue's Clues and Caillou.  Since being rescued from Innisfail, Alberta, she now lives with Krystal in Vancouver, BC - living the city life!  She is so happy now, and gets all the love she needs!!
